The Editorial Board of the Red Banner of Songun e-journal wishes to congratulate the DPRK joint editorial "Usher in a Great Heyday of Songun Korea Full of Confidence in Victory", believing it to the the trend of the times to confidently display revolutionary enthusiasm for the path of army-centered socialism. Only in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea led by the outstanding leadership method of Marshal Kim Jong Il and the Worker's Party of Korea could such confidence in victory be assured.
In Juche 95 (2006) the DPRK showed the brilliant resolved of confronting imperialism, setting off a number of missile launches and testing nuclear weapons, while building the strong socialist society with the army as pillar. This year as we mark the 95th anniversary of the birth of Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, immortal Red Sun of Juche idea, and the 75th anniversary of the Korean People's Army, Red Banner of Songun wishes even greater victories for the DPRK and the cause of global independence.
